Hello to all of you again in Party Planning World!

As the summer gets busier and busier, we have had a hard time addressing the website and gettting it to look the way we want - our gallery hasn't quite measured up to our expectations, so as a result, we have had to try and create another way to make it easy for you to browse.  In short, our gallery stinks right now, no bones about it!  We are working with the "tech" people to try and get this matter resolved, however, I can say that it will be after the season has ended before we can look at this problem, and get something that is "good"!  If I had the skillz to do it myself I would, but alas, I am not that smart! 

So please be patient, and I encourage you to call me at our offices to inquire about our services or anything you want to see.  We can email you a picture, so your life is just a  little easier.   Also, we have added another telephone line to keep up with the demand this summer, as we are overwhelmed with calls during our peak season, so I hope this will solve any calls that are placed to our company - we want to talk to you, so if you don't get a rep right away, please try back or leave a message and we will get back to you right away!  Everyone is important to us and we want to help in any way possible so you have a great event.

A quick note to all of you out there in party planning world - our website is still growing and we are still having some issues with the functionality of the gallery - I have sent a technical response team to our web hosting company to clarify the matter and get it moving forward, but that phone call hasn't been returned yet.   For now I would suggest that if you see something you like in the gallery, call us or email me at info@theplanetinteractive.com so I can help you out as quickly as possible.  I hipe that you all have followed our progress as we grow, and we are trying to stay withing the first rate service area of business.

I would love to hear from any of you about ideas you would like to see - how to make the site better for you - I know the quote form is also an issue - we got that on the checklist as well - but let us know - we would like this site to work for you, so your browsing can be quick, efficient, and as informative as possible.  Any and all ideas are welcome here - we want to see you the customer get what you want - that shouldn't be to hard to do, so seriously - tell us at info@theplanetinteractive.com!  Thanks and I hipe all of you are having a great summer so far!

Our website continues to be updated by week - however we are having some trouble with getting the pictures posted with descriptions.  I am happy to say the Midway game page is a good idea of what things will look like for you to browse, so please bear with us until this issue can be resolved.  Our web people are about 2 months behind schedule and things haven't been as "smooth" as I would have liked - but I promise you that when it is done - it should be a great browsing experience! 

Another slight issue we are having is some of the things you click on are not going to where they should - again, another "hiccup" with programing a site like this - I continue to go through the site and let the IT guys know whats wrong, so hopefully this will get taken care of.

As always, I advise you to call us!!! 414 453.9710 - we are always available, including the "off hours".  Our store is open M-F 10:00 - 6:00 and weekends 9:00 - 12:00 pm, but I have a system now in place where calls are forwarded to our sales reps so you can get a hold on someone.  Rest assured, if you do not get in touch with someone right away, we will call you back in a timely manner and your question will get answered.  We want to work with you as much as you have an interest in us - and I want to have someone available for you at all times!

So again, I appreciate you checking us out - and if you need a picture emailed to you  - just call us or email us on the quote form!

Thank you for all your patience with getting our website posted - it is now in the final stages of being completed - so the pictures and descriptions will soon be up and then you will be able to browse for everything!

IN the meantime, check out our about us link - so you have a company overview of what we do and how we evolved.  This portion or the BLOG section is for you the customer, so we can add things, ideas, etc.. that have come up on events.  Sharing your experiences with us will help others plan there events.  All postings will be as a direct result of you the customer - so let us know how we can improve, as well as sharing your stories of successes. 

We will also post the "not so good" experiences as well, and any mistakes we might make, so you have a rounded overview of our reputation and service.  So call us, email us, tell us what you want to see- this is your website!
