Party Rental Information:
Planet Interactive plans a wide variety of parties that include corporate picnics, church festivals, community festivals, National Night Outs, Post Proms, School Carnivals, and more! No party is too big or too small – we have hundreds of customers that ask us to plan large scale events, or just a dunk tank rental.
Planning events during the summer can be stressful. We recommend you get started as early as possible, because we will run out of equipment to rent by the beginning of summer! Saturday’s and Sunday’s are always our busiest days, so if you know your party will be on one of these days, we suggest reserving your equipment in late December to Early January. This will assure your group the equipment will be at your event.
There are many different things to consider when planning an event. One of the most critical things to be aware of is the necessity of power. Our company rents generators, however, we do not have them with us at the time of delivery, unless you request one. We inform all our customers of the power requirements, so check with your building maintanence team to confirm what you have available. We can set up all our attractions utilizing your power, however, it must be no more than 100 feet away from the power source. If the attractions will be set up farther away than that, we suggest renting a generator. Ask us for more information on this important issue.
Planet Interactive has many different items you can pick up for rent. All of our rentals, such as moonwalks, sno kone , cotton candy, or popcorn machines, and midway games to name a few, are 24 hour rentals. You may pick up your rental anytime after 10:00 am Monday thru Friday, or 9:00 am Saturday and Sunday. All rentals must be returned to our warehouse by 9:00 am the following day. Pick up rentals do require a Drivers License or Photo ID, and a valid credit card. Credit Cards are not charged unless the customer requests the rental to be placed on the card, or irreparable damage occurs to the ride as a result of negligence to the ride. (An example of this would be if little johny decided to jump in the moonwalk with say….a knife and left a few holes!)
Lastly, if you decide you like our equipment so much that you decide you don’t want to return it, you can expect to see a charge from our company on your next billing statement! So be kind, and bring it back in the condition rented. This will make your experience with our company the best ever!
In any case, we ask these documents be presented to our staff at the time of pick up. If you do not have a valid credit card, we cannot allow equipment to be rented – we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
